Canada's own FIST have been rocking fans throughout North America and Europe with their unique brand of hard rock&metal since 1979 . Their first album "Round One" opened the doors to a worldwide recording  contract with A&M records. Their 1980 release "Hot Spikes" produced by  George Semkiw propelled the band to international status and earned them a JUNO nomination. Tour support  across Canada and the USA followed  headlining and sharing the stage with notable artists such as  Motorhead, Scorpions, Krokus, Heart, Molly Hatchet,Triumph, Harlequin, Max Webster and many more. In 1981 the band teamed up with producer Steve Vaughn to record the  epic album "Fleet Street". It received international airplay and achieved top 10 sales that launched the band on the famous "Monsters of Rock " tour with Motorhead. The band followed up with "In the Red" in 1983, "Danger Zone" in 1985, Reign of Terror in 1992, "Loud Loud Loud "in 1995, and "Bolted Door" in 2012.

FIST is back in 2022 with an exciting new album and live show entitled "ALIVE".

Spearheaded by founding members Ron Chenier (Vocals/Guitar) and Jeff Nystrom (Vocals/Bass) they are joined by longtime member, Laurie Curry (Keys/Vocals) and newcomers Robert Stefan  (Guitar/Vocals) and Russel Labadie (Drums)

Together they pound out a jaw dropping live show capturing classic songs from their extensive catalogue and tracks from the new album.
