Round One was recorded in Ottawa, Canada in 1979 and released to critical acclaim by the heavies of the Canadian rock music industry as an independent release.
This album was re-released on CD in 1995 by Magada International.

Hot Spikes 1980

  Within months, FIST had signed a worldwide recording contract with A&M Records which resulted in a world wide release of their second album Hot Spikes in 1980.
During this period FIST was touring with Triumph, Max Webster, Harlequin and playing some of their own Canadian dates.
. In the spring of 1980 FIST had garnered, along with producer George Semkiw of Amber Studios, Toronto, two Juno nominations for Best Production.

Fleet Street, Canada  AKA Thunder In Rock, US/ Europe, are the same album but with different covers for each country. This was Fists third album, produced and engineered by Steve Vaughn.
The album received worldwide airplay in 1981 and sales sustained a constant Top-10 status. This resulted in Fist going out on  the first “Monsters of Rock” tour which was comprised of Motorhead, Krokus and Fist across Canada and the US. Returning for  their own headlining tours in Canada.

In The Red  1983

Fist’s fourth album, In the Red, was engineered and produced by world renowned producer Nick Blagona. Blagona produced numerous projects with artists such as  Deep Purple, Rush, etc. In the Red was released worldwide in February of 1983. The single, “If I’m Not Loved”, generated enormous airplay in North America FIST toured Canada.

After a six year sabbatical Fist recorded their sixth album titled Reign of Terror. Recorded in Ottawa, engineered and produced by Ron Chenier and Steve Turner, Reign of Terror was distributed world wide on Magada Int’l. There was a Canadian tour but no US or European tour.
